Edge Computing Cabinets

Build on the successful KabinPLUS platform, KI Series thermal

insulated cabinets are designed to be used with in-rack type

coolers to create an edge computing station.

Front and Rear Doors

Glazed front door has a strong frame made of aluminium. The locking mechanism consists four locking points and ensures airtightness with polyurethan foam gasket.

Thermal Insulated Cold Zone

The space between 19 inch equipment front plane and the glass door has been turned into a cold zone with special thermal insulation material used on side walls and upper/lower parts. In this way, it is ensured that the cold air directed upwards from the bottom of the cabinet by the cooling unit passes only inside active devices.

Emergency Self-Opening Door

Optionally, the self-opening emergency door system can open the door in emergencies such as power outages using the mechanical energy it has previously accumulated. Thus, servers or other devices installed in the cabinet can continue to cool themselves with the ambient air in the room using their own cooling systems. In this case, the cooling power requirement may not be included in the uninterruptible power supply power capacity
