XS Series

E-Kabin XS Series stainless-steel, floor standing enclosures are designed as general purpose electrical equipment enclosures for industrial applications. They are suitable for indoor applications and have modular structure, which enables expansion by combining side by side. They provide IP 55 protection degree. Standard production does not include painting process. However, custom-made production, varnished or painted in the desired RAL code is possible. XS Series stainless-steel enclosures can be produced with AISI 304 or 316 grade raw material. In standard swinghandle lock made of metal with high chemical resistance is used in XS Series. Optionally, locking system made of 304 or 316 grade stainless-steel can also be selected. All E-Kabin interior accessories are designed to be suitable for use in stainless-steel enclosures as well. While keeping standard product design unchanged, size modification, material thickness modification and cut-outs can be applied if requested.

Stackable plinth

Thanks to its modular plinth structure, plints can be mounted on top of each other to increase the enclosure height.

Clean surface pattern

In production of stainless-steel enclosures, stud welding process is applied in a way that it does not leave any traces visible from outside the door. Thus, clean and smooth surface appearance has been provided for welded surfaces.

Common interior accessories

Most of E-Kabin interior accessories such as mounting rails, mounting plates, cover plates etc. are designed to be suitable for use in stainless-steel enclosures.

Possibility of custom-made cut-outs

Custom-made cut-out processing on the door and body is applicable.

Polyurethane sealing gasket

Foam-in-place gasket behind the door does not lose its elasticity in time and provides protection against dust and water.

Stainless-steel lock accessory

Standard swinghandle lock made of metal with high chemical resistance can be replaced with optionally selectable AISI 316 grade stainless-steel lock if required.

Robust hidden hinge

As standard 3 pcs. door hinge which is 3mm thick and AISI 316 grade stainless-steel, is designed in such a way that it is not visible from outside of the door. Thanks to this hinge the door can be opened up to 130°.

Possibility of custom size production

Non-standard, custom size manufacturing is possible.
